Once you have a sense of the 'where,' we move to the 'how.' Every Adventure Poland trip includes a personal consultation. We’ll discuss your cycling level, your preferred daily mileage, and the specific luxuries—from spa access to wine tastings—that will define your trip.

THE PATH TO DEPARTURE

The Review: Within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry, I will personally review your vision and reach out to confirm a time for our consultation.

  1. The Custom Brochure: Following our call, you will receive a digital expedition brochure featuring your finalized route itinerary, hand-picked lodging options, and total project investment.

  2. The Commitment: Once the itinerary is approved, a 30% deposit secures your dates, luxury accommodations, and support logistics.

  3. Final Briefing: One week before departure, we will have a final briefing on gear, local weather patterns, and the "Hidden Soul" stops unique to your journey.
